Does Lightroom Photo Editor App cost anything to use?

The Lightroom Photo Editor app is free of charge, only requires a registration.

Do the presets and the Lightroom App work on iPad?

Yes, the presets and the Lightroom App work on the iPad as well as on the smartphone.

The images I downloaded from the link are black or blank?

Don’t worry, this is normal! The files will be DNG format and show up on your camera roll as blank photos. They will show up like that until you import them into Lightroom.

How do I know if I shoot RAW or JPEGs images?

Get the info. If you have files that you are not sure what they are, if you can see the filename and it ends in . jpg or . jpeg, the files are JPEGs. If you see something like ARW or NRW at the end of the filename, those are likely raw captures.

MOBILE PRESETS

DNG files are our mobile presets and are highly appreciated by our customers because they are comfortable to use while traveling or when you don’t have your laptop nearby. The preview image below is how they look in your mobile. An easy guide will be provided to you in PDF format in the download.

HOW TO IMPORT DESKTOP PRESETS TO LIGHTROOM CLASSIC
  1. Open Abode Lightroom Classic.
  2. Go to your presets tab and click “+”.
  3. Click “Import Presets” and use the presets you just downloaded.

Alternative method:

  1. Open Abode Lightroom Classic.
  2. Click “Lightroom Classic” tab on the top left of your screen.
  3. Click “Preferences…”
  4. Click “Presets” tab.
  5. Click “Show Lightroom Develop Presets” button.
  6. Open the “Camera Raw” folder.
  7. Open the “Settings” folder.
  8. Paste the XMP files presets.
  9. Restart Lightroom.
