What we collect and why

When you subscribe we store your email address, your preferred language and, if present, the campaign tags of the link you came from (for example which YouTube Short). We use them only to send you the guide and the weekly letter, and to understand which videos bring readers. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Who processes the data

The site runs on Vercel, subscribers are stored on Neon in the EU (Frankfurt), and emails are sent with Resend. They act as processors on our behalf.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after that your address is no longer used for sending.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@elioministeri.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
